This is a great summer recipe. Perfect for picnics or dinners al fresco with friends. And as a bonus – it’s kid friendly! No mayo so you don’t have to worry about it sitting outside too long either. I didn’t have celery when I made it – but I will add it next time for a bit of crunch. Start with 6-7 medium potatoes – any kind you like. I
