Making your own lavender spray is so easy. With a couple of boys in the house I find that I use it a lot – especially when they are playing sports. All you need is a small spray bottle – dark glass is best, but to be honest mine is clear and plastic and works fine, alcohol (either vodka or rubbing), water and lavender essential oil. There are so many brands nowadays. Just use your favorite. Add 3/4 cup water and 2 Tbs alcohol to bottle. Then add about 15-20 drops of oil. Spritz away!

This is a great gift idea, and be sure to make some for yourself. I also use this every night on my pillows before I get into bed!
