Take a small space in your home and organize/declutter!
It can be as small as a drawer in your kitchen, or a shelf on a closet.
You can see below a few pictures — one is a 15 minute project, and one that took a few hours. Use the time you have on any given day and go for it. You will not be disappointed you got rid of unsightly clutter, and your accomplishment will give you motivation for the next time.
