Our client asked for a lively family room, full of color, comfortable furniture, and important family pictures, and it was a pleasure to help her realize that vision.    We seized upon the rug as the room’s anchor, and brought in pairs of sofas and chairs to form a cozy conversation pit for playing games, watching television, and reading.  The built-in bookcases offer space for books and collectibles, and the reclaimed wood mantle gives the fireplace a rustic quality.  Don’t you love the orange lamps?
