Here’s the latest in the transformation of my living room: I have been shopping around for a rug for a long time. I have brought a couple home which were too small or not the right color. And over the months and years – I have found that my vision and ideas for the room have changed. Here is a peek at some of the ideas I had :
These are from IKEA – and I like all of them but opted for the second one. I liked that it was a neutral color but had a nice depth to it. I liked the texture – it’s nubby but soft. It’s 70% wool and 30% jute and it’s reversible which makes it a great choice because when it gets too dirty, I can flip it over and have a new rug! I’ll get you a photo once I get it arranged in my room.
