We like this family room for a bunch of reasons.

1. The colors are happy.
2. Lots of places to comfortably sit
3. Plenty of nooks to display books and framed photos.
4. A combination of family-friendly fabrics
5. The rug is the perfect size. We like it when front legs are on, and you can still appreciate the gorgeous hardwoods.
6. The window treatments are effective in filtering light, but they are not the focal point of the room. Those windows are awesome!
