We have discovered another great consignment shop right in the heart of McLean at 1355 Chain Bridge Road. It’s called Betsy and Cornelia’s Consignments. Owned by Betsy Flanagan, it has clothes, shoes, jewelry, bags and purses and even art! To consign clothes – or bags, jewelry and art – call and make an appointment :: 703-448-0881. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They set up an account for you, and help you price the items. Then after a month you come in and pick up your items that have not sold – or you let the staff sell them for whatever mark down they choose. A check will be sent to you after the 15th of the month if any of your things have sold. It’s also a great place to shop – see for yourself!
