This weekend my sister-in-law introduced me to a wonderfully simple way to make loose-leaf iced tea. If you do not have a tea pot fitted with a mesh strainer or are making too much tea for a little tea ball – use a French press normally used for coffee. Add enough tea leaves for two mugs and then fill with hot water. After the appropriate amount of steeping for the tea you choose, slowly press the leaves to the bottom and then enjoy your tea. No annoying tea leaves floating around your cup! Voila!
