In the last few months I have decided that eating cream top yogurt is not only okay – but fabulously yummy! I have discovered Brown Cow Plain Cream Top yogurt. This is hands down the creamiest yogurt I have eaten. It is so wonderful that there is no need for sweeteners. I use this, and sometimes add some Greek style yogurt if I am not up to full-on fat. I add fruit :: pineapple, strawberries, blue berries, bananas and pomagranite are all great choices, then almonds and ground chia seeds. Any nuts are good. I was so excited about this that I was able to get my 6 year old to try it and – gasp – he liked it! I have not been able to get him to eat any kind of yogurt except the really high sugar types. I have found Brown Cow yogurt in Whole Foods stores. I hope you try it and enjoy!
