I’ve been working up the nerve to try grilling fruit because I always hear how great (and easy!) it is. I sliced a fresh ripe pineapple into pieces that were about 1/2 inch thick, and took out the inner core piece.
Then I used my trusty grill pan, coated with a thin layer of vegetable oil. I made sure the pan was nice and hot, then I tossed the slices in, four at a time. I seared them for about 90 seconds on each side. Make sure you don’t burn them. We all enjoyed the results!
